Where we deliver
We currently deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. International shipping is planned but not yet available.
Rates
- Standard delivery: CHF 8.90
- Free on orders over CHF 100
Rates include VAT. The exact amount is shown before you confirm payment, with nothing added afterwards.
Timing
Orders placed before midday on a working day are prepared the same day. Allow a further two to four working days for delivery by Swiss Post.
These times are indicative and depend on the carrier. They can stretch during busy periods.
If you are travelling soon, order at least a week before departure. That leaves time to check the contents and top up anything missing. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Tracking
A confirmation email is sent as soon as payment clears, with your invoice attached. The tracking number follows when the parcel ships.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, tell the courier if you can, and contact us within seven days with photos of the packaging and contents.
Storing your products
Some items, sunscreen and rehydration products in particular, do not tolerate heat well. In summer, avoid leaving a parcel for days in a letterbox exposed to the sun.
