Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

Diese Seite liegt noch nicht auf Deutsch vor. Nachstehend die englische Fassung. Bei Fragen erreichen Sie uns auf Deutsch unter order@abc-office.ch.

Working draft — have a lawyer review this before publication.

1. Scope

These terms govern all orders placed on travelhealth.ch, operated by ABC Office, Rue de Morges 22, 1023 Crissier (VAT CHE-284.072.845).

By confirming an order you accept them in the version published at that moment.

2. What we do

We sell travel-related health and wellness products that are available without prescription. We are not a pharmacy, a medical practice, or a vaccination centre. We do not supply prescription medicines and we do not give individual medical advice.

The information on this site, including the destination guides, is general in nature. It does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. How a contract is formed

Displaying a product is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email after payment is received.

We may decline an order, in particular where there is an obvious pricing error, a stock shortage, or an unusual quantity suggesting commercial resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT at 8.1%. Delivery costs are shown separately before you confirm.

Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our provider Stripe. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Stock

Stock shown on the site is updated periodically and may not reflect real-time availability. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

6. Delivery

See the Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Returns

See the Returns and Refunds page. Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases; our return policy is a voluntary commitment.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty for defects applies under articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Report any defect as soon as you find it.

No warranty is owed for defects arising from improper use, unsuitable storage, or use beyond the expiry date.

9. Using the products

It is your responsibility to read the manufacturer's instructions, observe contraindications, and check that a product suits your personal situation, any medication you take, and the age of the person using it.

We do not warrant that any product prevents or treats a disease.

10. Liability

We are liable for gross negligence and intentional fault, and wherever the law requires. To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for indirect losses, in particular costs arising from cancelling or changing a trip.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our fault.

11. Intellectual property

The text, images and structure of this site are protected. Reproduction beyond private use requires our written consent.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the Vienna Convention.

The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may allow consumers to sue at their place of residence.

13. Severability

If any clause is found invalid, the remainder stays in force.
